• I can suggest poses if you are not certain.• FINAL PRICE may be increased if working with COMPLEX ARMOR, MECHANICAL PARTS, or ADVANCED PERSPECTIVE.

TERMS OF SERVICE

This page contains the terms and conditions for every commission and adoptable offered by BLACKVULP.

By commissioning me, you automatically agree with the following items:

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Payment prior to beginning an illustration.
• Prices are in US Dollars.
• Payment via Ko-fi Commissions (accepts PayPal and Bank Card)
• Payment plan available above $200 commissions ($100 for the Sketch and the rest for Render).
• Refund is available in case I can't complete the project and is proportional to the work that has already been done.

UPDATES AND CHANGES

I (the artist) will keep you updated about the illustration with "progress snapshots".
• If I cannot reach you by any means or for any reason (e.g., you're using a different account), a preview wip will be placed on the Trello queue while I wait for your contact.
(Trello queue is updated weekly)Fixes for mistakes on my end won't be charged (e.g., a missing detail explicitly shown in the original reference image or description).
• Most major changes will be charged.
Time is a limited resource that is always being depleted. To use it wisely is to care for oneself.

ARTIST CREDITS AND USER RIGHTS

I do NOT consent to my work, image or text, being used to train any form of machine learning (AI).I (the artist) hold the full rights to any commissioned illustration.
• You (the client) holds personal-use rights to commissioned products (in this case, the illustrations and adoptables).
• If you want a Commercial-use license, an Intellectual Property Transfer Agreement must take place. Otherwise, you are liable for legal prosecution.Preferably, a visible "art by blackvulp" should appear in your post's description regarding an illustration made by me (the artist).
• Unless an IP transfer agreement stating otherwise is made present, I have the right to use the commissioned artworks for self-promotion.

COMMISSION PAGE

The commission page has the ILLUSTRATIONS and DESIGN categories.ILLUSTRATIONS are complex artworks meant to showcase a scene and/or character(s) in action.
• WALLPAPERS are artworks that require much more time and effort, therefore it's price will vary around the BASE PRICE depending on the complexity of your scene.
• ICONS are single-character artworks which include close-up details a full body or scene wouldn't have.
• PINUPS are full body artworks that can be customized to certain degree to fit various uses. We may discuss about the possibilities with your idea.DESIGNS are single-character artworks meant to detail specific details about the character and its fashion or gear.
• REFERENCE SHEETS are design-focused artworks that aim to provide a reliable base for other artists to draw the character without needing way too many additional reference images.

BLACKVULP ADOPTABLES

Unless an IP Transfer Agreement is in place, any adoptable you buy from me is for personal use only.
• You can commission other artists to draw them for you or draw them yourself later.
• You can change the design as much as you want after adopting them, provided it doesn't deviate too much from the original design.Ownership Tag (WIP):
• Unless an IP Transfer Agreement is in place, every adoptable made by me can be showcased on my website page and can be used to promote my work.
• If possible, the character will always be tagged with the original owner's name/handle.I (the artist) am not responsible for resells made without my knowledge, and am not obliged to alter the official ownership tag if you bought one of my adoptables from anyone but me.
