HOW TO ORDER:

DM me on Telegram or send a friend request on Discord.
We'll get to know each other, your OCs, and build the artwork together!After we meet, I will ask you for the following items:
• An image example of the type of commission you want.
• Your OC's reference images.
• Poses reference images.
• Outfits reference images (can be separate pieces).
• And if the commission has a Background, one or more reference images of it.The FINAL PRICE may be lower/higher than the BASE PRICE depending on the request.

TERMS OF SERVICE

This document contains the terms for every commissioned illustration and adoptable.

By commissioning me or adopting any of my designs/characters you agree with the following:

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Payment prior to beginning an illustration.
• Prices are in US Dollars.
• Payment via Ko-fi Commissions (accepts PayPal and Bank Card)
• Payment of 40-60 available above $200 (40% to greenlight, 60% to deliver).
• Refund is available in case I can't complete your illustration.

PROGRESS AND FIXES

I (the artist) will keep you updated about the illustration with "progress snapshots".
• If I cannot reach you by any means or for any reason (e.g., you're using a different account), a preview wip will be placed on the Trello queue while I wait for your feedback.
(Queue is updated as unanswered WIPs start to accumulate the weekends.)
• You are responsible for proving you are the actual client in the case we lose contact.Fixes for mistakes on my end won't be charged (e.g., a missing detail explicitly shown in the original reference image or description).
• I (the artist) decide to charge or not for minor changes.
Time is a valuable resource that is always slipping through our fingers. To use it wisely is a must.

RIGHTS AND CREDITS

I do NOT consent to my work, image or text, being used to train any form of machine learning.I (the artist) hold the full rights to any commissioned illustration.
• You (the client) holds personal-use rights to commissioned products (in this case, the illustrations and adoptables).
• In the case of a Commercial-use license, a formal agreement must happen and a licensing contract signed by both parties.Preferably, a visible "art by blackvulp" should appear in your post's description regarding an illustration made by me (the artist).
• Unless a contract is present, I always hold the right to use the images of the projects to promote my work as a freelance artist.
• A fee of 30% may apply for private commissions.

COMMISSION SHOP

The Commission Shop has Detailed Scenes and Fixed Commissions.Detailed Scenes are complex artworks meant to showcase a scene with multiple characters and interactions.
• Detailed Scenes are artworks that require much more time and effort, therefore it's price will vary around the BASE PRICE depending on the complexity of your scene.
• Unless I explicitly say otherwise, you can always add extras after I finish the original artwork.
Extras include: additional characters and props, alternate designs, and minor background changes.Alternate versions of detailed scenes are treated as different artworks and may or may not take longer to finish.
For example, the original artwork is a naked character with a flat white background, then you feel like placing this character on a volcano wearing a Hawaiian shirt. Extras in this case: clothing and background.
I will then finish the original project, and then open the alternate version. Got it?Fixed Commissions are single-character illustrations in a static style and composition meant to showcase a specific request from the client.
• As of now, these are the types of Fixed Commissions available:
- Colored Sketch;
- Portrait Icon;
- Pinup Illustration;
- Reference Sheet.
• What you see in the examples is what you can expect from a Fixed Commission.
• Every commission is always under the terms of this agreement.

ADOPTABLES

Any adoptable you buy from me is for personal use only.
• You can commission other artists to draw them for you or draw them yourself later.
• You can change the design as much as you want after adopting them, provided it still resembles the original design.Ownership Status (WIP):
• Unless an Intellectual Property Transfer Agreement is present, every adoptable made by me will be showcased on my website page and can be used to promote my work.
• If possible, the character will always be tagged with the original owner's info.I (the artist) am not responsible for resells made without my knowledge, and am not obliged to alter the official ownership status in case you bought one of my characters from a third party.
