We'll get to know each other, your OCs and ideas, and build the project together!While we chat, I will ask and/or suggest the following items:
• The type of commission you want.
• Your OC's reference image(s).

16:9 or 21:9 wallpaper illustration of a scene.

DETAILED PINUP

4:5 pin-up illustration of up to two characters.

HOW ILLUSTRATIONS WORK:

1. We discuss the project in great detail, elaborating the scene and gathering references together.
2. I will give you a quote based on the details.
3. You pay and I draw :)• Minor changes may not be charged, but major changes will.
• Turnaround time will depend on the complexity of the project.
• WIPs should be shared weekly, or at least every fortnight.

YOU MUST:

• Provide clear reference image(s) of the character. Preferably, a refence sheet.• Describe the character, their personality and story. I will help with that by asking specific questions about them.

WHAT I CAN DRAW:

• ANY species (anthro or feral)
• MOST poses and outfits (better ask)
• ANY gun/weapon
• MOST vehicles
• ROBOTS and MECHAS.
• MOST environments (better ask).

CHARACTER DESIGN

REFERENCE SHEET

Horizontal 16:9 stylized reference sheet to guide 2D artists on drawing your OC(s).

HOW IT WORKS:

• Explain the character in extensive detail.
• Provide as many image examples as you can.
• I decide the HUD design, but suggestions and feedbacks are much welcomed.

COLORED SKETCH

Show your OC's unique personality with a COLORED SKETCH or a bunch of em on a SKETCH PAGE!

HOW IT WORKS:

• Provide at least one clear reference image of the character.
• Tell me about them: story, personality, likes and dislikes, etc so I know how to portray that in their body language.• I can also make suggestions for poses, expressions and visual ideas based on my thoughts on them if you want.

By commissioning me, you agree with the following items:

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Payment prior to beginning an illustration.
• Prices are in US Dollars.
• Payment via Ko-fi Commissions (accepts PayPal and Bank Card)
• Payment plan is available, if necessary. Ask me and we will discuss the details.
• Refund is available in case I can't complete the project and will be proportional to the work that has already been done.

UPDATES AND CHANGES

I (the artist) will keep you updated about the illustration with "progress snapshots".
• If we lose contact by any means or for any reason (e.g., you lose your main account and is now using a different one), you can message me on any of my socials (Twitter, DeviantArt, FurAffinity or BlueSky) to explain the situation and maintain contact through there until the project is completed. If I lose your contact, I will do the same.
I don't always check my socials' DMs due to spam messages, so try to be specific about your identity and the project within the first few words, otherwise you'll likely be ignored.Fixes for mistakes on my end won't be charged (e.g., a missing detail explicitly shown in the original reference image or description).
• Most major changes will be charged.

ARTIST CREDITS AND USER RIGHTS

I do NOT consent to my work, image or text, being used to train any form of machine learning (AI).I (the artist) hold the full rights to any commissioned illustration.
• You (the client) holds personal-use rights to commissioned products (in this case, the illustrations and adoptables).
• If you want a Commercial-use license, an Intellectual Property Transfer Agreement must take place. Otherwise, you are liable for legal prosecution.Preferably, a visible "art by blackvulp" should appear in your post's description regarding an illustration made by me (the artist).
• Unless an IP Transfer Agreement stating otherwise is made present, I have the right to use any commissioned artworks for self-promotion.

COMMISSION PAGE

The commission page has the ILLUSTRATIONS and DESIGN categories.ILLUSTRATIONS are complex, fully rendered artworks of one or multiple characters, meant to illustrate a story moment or a detailed design piece.
CHARACTER DESIGN artworks are meant to explore ideas for a character's design, be it their anatomy, their fashion, or how they move in the world, all in a more basic art style.

BLACKVULP ADOPTABLES

Unless an Intellectual Property Transfer Agreement is in place, any adoptable you buy from me is for personal-use only.
• After the adoption, you can commission other artists to draw them for you or draw them yourself.
• You can change the design after adopting them, provided it doesn't deviate too much from the original design.Character Ownership:
• Unless an IP Transfer Agreement is in place, the intellectual property belongs to me (blackvulp), and I can still use the image(s) of the adopted character(s) to promote my work.
The character will always be tagged with the original owner's name if possible.I (the artist) am not responsible for resells made without my knowledge and am not obliged to alter the official ownership tag in case you bought a BLACKVULP Original Character from anyone but me (the artist, mr. blackvulp).
